Shipping & Delivery
All items are shipped by registered mail with tracking number. The price items do not include shipping values. Buyer pays for shipping costs. These values are calculated acording to the weight of the parcel by our shopping cart. Please check below for shipping charges from Portugal.

Returns, Refunds & exchange.
Our sale policy has a 30 days period. A sale is considered final after 30 days of the item(s) purchased being received by costumer.
If 30 days have gone by since the date you received your purchase, unfortunately you can’t apply for return, refund or exchange .
No extra value will be charged when you apply for a return, refund or exchange but you have to do it during the 30 days period mentioned. To be eligible for a return and refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.The customer will be reponsible for the return shipping value.
You can be granted a full or partial refund.
Total refund: (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied by your original method of payment, within 5 days.
Partial refund: (if applicable) There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted like the following: * Book with obvious signs of use by client * CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. * Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery * Significant missgrade condition description on used item. For used goods (not near mint or sealed) when the costumer notices significant missgrade condition description you can be granted a partial refund instead of a return or exchange.
If the product has some sort of damage caused during shipping you can apply for a full or partial refund. You should ask for a refund and send us proof (images and videos) of the damage in packaging and product so we can proceed wih a complaint in the postal service.
Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and copies are available in stock. Depending on you adress location the wait time for an exchange varies. For Europe you can wait 15 days and 30 days for the rest of the world. If the exchange is not possible due to out stock a full refund will be provided. You should always return the item.
Shipping return: To return your product, you should mail your product to the adress we will provide you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over 20Eur, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Payment forms
Payment can be done using Paypal or International Bank Transfer. (via your home banking; the information needed IBAN and BIC will be provided in checkout). We currently do not accept credit/debit cards as form of payment unless you have them associated with Paypal. We only accept the full payment of the value of your order (parcelar payments with interests associated are not accepted).
Privacy & Security
To buy in our online store all you nedd to do, is provide a valid email adress and valid delivery information. By registering in our store you will assume that all this information is correct so the trade can be done. The personal information received from the customer will be used for trading porpuses only. Bong-Records will not transmit this data to 3rd parties.
